We want our customers to be totally satisfied with the products and service we provide. Our terms and conditions stated are as follows:
Placing an order
Placing an order with party magic box means you have read our terms and conditions and agree to abide by them. This is not a binding contract until we have processed and dispatched your goods.
we allow up to 15 days from the date of dispatch before we can count the goods as lost if that is the case. All orders are sent by recorded delivery and will need to be signed for upon delivery
Party magic box shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly as a result of delivery of goods being prevents or delayed for reasons beyond the control of any acts of third parties, for example any extreme weather conditions or postal strikes.
All prices are shown in uk pounds sterling including uk tax .postage and packing costs are extra( see delivery section for prices). We reserve the right to increase or change our prices at any time but you will be charge for the goods as priced at the time of purchase
Payment security
Party magic box wants our customers to feel secure when trading over the internet. We operate a secure online purchasing functionality using encryption technology ensuring your card details cannot be intercepted whilst in transit. Your credit details will not be stored on our website. we regret due to credit card security we are unable to except any orders by telephone.
Missing /damaged goods
You must contact us after 15 days from the parcel dispatch date so we can request a proof of delivery, you will be sent an email of the day of dispatch to advice we have sent your order. Once we have received a copy of proof of delivery, only then can a replacement or refund be issued. If this shows the goods have been sighed for at the given address or by a neighbour on your instruction no refund can be made. if your parcel is returned as not delivered because of a failure to respond to a card or telephone message left by the courier or royal mail, then the purchaser agrees to pay for any return charges imposed by the carrier if re-delivery is required.

We are happy to offer a refund if you are not happy with your goods providing they are retuned in the orginal packaging and in the same condition the goods left us. You need to contact us by email or letter stating why you are unhappy within 14 days of receipt of goods. (We regret that postage costs cannot be refunded)
